*Please note: this is a preorder item and not available to courier immediately. Preorders are added to our weekly shipments and can take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. Please refer to our preorder calendar for exact shipment and arrival dates.

• There are two payment options, either full amount on order or a 50% deposit calculated at checkout as a discount, with remainder due on arrival. For the deposit option, please use checkout code MENSDEP50 at checkout.
• All EFT payments must be made within 24hrs or your order will be cancelled. Orders will not be delivered without final payment.
• We cannot guarantee availability of the item at time of order. Should there be a problem, we will contact you.
• Orders cannot be canceled or changed once our shipment has left.
• No refunds, returns or exchanges on preorders, as these are brought in specifically by customer request.
• No refunds and/or exchanges on swimwear.
• Preorders close weekly on a Wednesday and take about 7 days to get here. For more accurate dates, refer to our preorder calendar. Please remember to factor this in should you require your item for an event.
• Please note that should there be any delays from the shipping agents, this is out of our control. We usually do not have any problems though.
