Refund policy

Please note:

  1. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are processed as per below details
  2. No returns or exchanges on preordered items, as these are specifically ordered as per clients request and not part of our standard SA range
  3. No returns or exchanges on mixed sizes sets eg small top with medium bottom; or on broken sets eg just the top or bottom. Sets are sold separately so you are able to select the right size for your body
  4. No refunds or exchanges on bodysuits and swimwear what-so-ever
  5. No refunds, returns or exchanges on white items including variations of white or white garments with a colour print
  6. No refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items, including flash sales, marked down items or promotions.

Exchanges & Returns
The customer has 7 days from date of delivery to contact us for an exchange, please email info@thesocietyco.co.za. If 7 days has passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must still have the swing ticket attached. In it’s original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Pre-order products 
- Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments or garments of a personal nature

Sale Items 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned, credited or refunded.

Pre-Order Items 
Pre-orders are items that are ordered specifically at the request of a customer by way of placing an order. As these items are brought in as per customer request, we cannot exchange or credit these items. By placing a preorder you agree to these terms.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Return courier fee will be deducted from the gift receipt. Gift receipts do not include delivery fees nor can they be used for delivery payments

Return Courier Fees 
The customer will be liable for delivery & return shipping costs. We absorb extra shipping costs for areas that incur a higher courier fee, if an item is returned the higher fee will be deducted/ charged for. The higher fee will also apply on the new item being sent. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
